How to set a white background in Windows and Windows server

I was creating a tutorial and to make some snippets I did want my background to be white.
Unfortunately it seems that in the newer versions of Windows is not available by right clicking and choosing “personalize”.

To be able to change the desktop background to white or press “CMD + R” or right click on the Windows menu and choose “Run”.

Now type the following:
control /name Microsoft.Personalization /page pageWallpaper

If it looks all the same then press on “OK”.

Now you will see the window below and it gives you much more color choices including white!
